Bridging business vision and engineering execution. 4+ years scaling payment rails, expanding into crypto, trading, and Web3 infrastructure.
❖ABOUT
Bridging product vision and engineering build.
Projects usually fail in the gap between what business wants and what engineering builds. My job is closing that gap.
I am a Senior Business Analyst at E2Pay (a Fiuu / Razer Merchant Services subsidiary) working across QRIS, merchant onboarding, payment APIs, and settlement. After 4+ years shipping clear specs that devs can build without extra meetings, I am bringing this product discipline into Crypto & Trading Infrastructure.
AI speeds up drafting, but context and judgment still decide what ships. I treat AI as an assistant, taking full responsibility for the final product outcome.
I also collaborate cross-border with Malaysia teams to align regional product goals with Indonesian regulation. Graduated with a Master's in Information Systems Management from BINUS University.
❖PERSPECTIVE
Where payments are heading.
A practical point of view grounded in payment rails.
I have studied Bank Indonesia's Digital Rupiah white paper (Proyek Garuda) in depth, focusing on DLT architecture, wholesale vs retail design, and how smart contracts transform settlement and reconciliation.
My thesis: QRIS proved Indonesia can leapfrog payment infrastructure. Tokenized money, like CBDC and stablecoins, is the next rail. Products on that rail should be designed by people who understand today's rails: settlement, reconciliation, onboarding, and regulation.
That is what I bring to a Web3 product team: strong requirement discipline that translates tokenized settlement ideas into specs that survive contact with regulation and real user behavior.
❖HOW I WORK
How I take products from idea to measured impact.
A practical product framework applied across payment APIs, internal tooling, and crypto on-ramps.
Discover
Talk to users and stakeholders to find the root problem, not just the surface request.
Strategize
Prioritize features using RICE and MoSCoW, setting clear metrics before writing specs.
Define
Scope clear requirements, user acceptance criteria, and edge cases to avoid scope creep.
Document
Write clear PRDs, BRDs, and API specs engineers can build from without extra meeting loops.
Deliver
Guide UAT, coordinate sign-offs, and ensure a smooth rollout across teams.
Measure
Track adoption, monitor guardrails, and use data to guide the next iteration.
❖PRODUCT CONCEPTS
Product Case Studies
Self-initiated concept studies focused on problem framing, prioritization, and metric trees for Crypto and Trading platforms.
RampBridge: Compliant Fiat On/Off-Ramp Rail for Crypto Exchanges
Redesigning IDR deposit and withdrawal flows for crypto exchanges in Indonesia. Cuts deposit drop-off rates by combining instant QRIS with automated webhook reconciliation under BI compliance.
High drop-off rate (18%) on initial fiat deposits caused by manual bank validation and EOD batch settlement during market volatility spikes.
| Feature Idea | Reach | Impact | Conf. | Effort | RICE Score | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Instant QRIS Dynamic On-Ramp | 50k | 3.0 | 90% | 3 wks | 45,000 | P0 (Sprint 1) |
| Auto-Reconciliation Webhook Engine | 50k | 2.5 | 80% | 2 wks | 50,000 | P0 (Sprint 1) |
| Tiered KYC Auto-Approval Limit | 15k | 2.0 | 70% | 4 wks | 5,250 | P1 (Sprint 2) |
| Scheduled Recurring Deposit (DCA) | 8k | 1.5 | 60% | 3 wks | 2,400 | P2 (Backlog) |
- Prioritized Automated Webhook Validation over manual bank statement verification to eliminate 18% deposit drop-off rate.
- Established Tiered KYC thresholds compliant with Bank Indonesia and Bappebti guidelines.
- Designed fallback manual review trigger for transactions exceeding Rp 100M to protect liquidity.
SettleSync: Real-Time Settlement Dashboard for Securities Brokerages
A real-time settlement monitoring dashboard for stock brokerages, applying 23-channel payment reconciliation logic to capital markets.

❖SELECTED WORK
Real projects with real outcomes.
Every card ends with a clear result.
QRIS Merchant Onboarding Automation
Manual merchant registration was slow and error-prone. I authored the API technical specifications that turned it into an automated, repeatable flow.
Digital Approval Workflows
Project approvals lived on paper. I led the move to a digital flow in Jira, killing manual follow-ups.
Company-Wide Jira & Agile Adoption
Teams tracked work in scattered spreadsheets. I architected Jira Software and Service Management aligned to product goals.
Internal AI Workflow Automation
Proposed and scoped requirements for an internal AI chatbot to answer technical regulation queries.
Automated Multi-Channel Reconciliation Engine
Designed an automated reconciliation engine integrating 23 payment channels, matching gateway ledgers with bank reports instantly.
Next Initiative (TBA)
Currently defining requirements for the next payment gateway automation module.
